Submission Details All work must be original. Responsibility for ensuring that the work is authentic and that no part of it is plagiarised, rests solely with the person submitting the work - and not with Writers Eyes. We are not vanity publishers and never will be. Nor are we a charity and therefore we must cover the cost of maintaining our website and market strategy. What we can do with this money, which is little more than the cost of a submission to a publisher, is to promote your work; and by having sufficient quantity, build a quality library to attract readers to view it. Schools collections and under 16's Showcased Free! E-Mail for details. Showcase Submissions This couldn't be much easier and it's up to you to choose the way you prefer! But whatever method you choose, due to the space it takes up, Please - No Clip Art. 1. Send your whole manuscript (Novel, short story collection, poetry collection or play) by e-mail or on disk as a word doc file (version 6 prefered), along with a personal profile and a dust jacket type synopsis of your work. If your work is accepted you will then be asked for the correct payment (by cheque) for showcasing, and a letter, fax or e-mailed scanned image (preferably tif), containing a verification of authenticity signed by you. 2. Send a sample of your work by e-mail or on disk as a word doc file (version 6 preferred) Novels - around 3 chapters of 12000 words Poetry - around 2 or 3 poems from the collection Short stories - The first 2 stories of a collection Plays - around ten minutes performing time. If accepted you can then send your whole manuscript on disk as a word doc file (version 6 prefered), along with a personal profile, a dust jacket type synopsis of your work, your cheque for the correct amount and a letter, fax or e-mailed scanned image (preferably tif), containing a verification of authenticity signed by you. You can be showcased within two weeks of your original submission Scale of Charges Novels - £10 Short Story Collections - £5 Poetry Collections - £5 Plays - £10 For a limited time, all manuscripts are showcased for a Minimum of twelve months at theses prices PLEASE SEND NO MONEY UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED OF YOUR SUCCESS! REMEMBER ALL COPYRIGHT REMAINS WITH THE AUTHOR - WE ACT PURELY AS A RESPONSIVE SHOWCASE.
